Administrative Assistant

Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing professional customer service, administrative, and technical support to the staff of the Resource Center. The Administrative Assistant functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (Resource Center). Duties include providing administrative support and assistance to the assigned department manager(s), supervisor(s), and staff.

High school diploma and completion of certificate in office operations and/or a secretarial/business program.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative field required.

Must have excellent professional customer service, communication, interpersonal, writing, and computer skills.

Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Note: Position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA.

PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and
FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.
