The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing professional customer service, administrative, and technical support to the staff of the Resource Center. The Administrative Assistant functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (Resource Center). Duties include providing administrative support and assistance to the assigned department manager(s), supervisor(s), and staff.

High School diploma/GED plus one year post-secondary education school with concentration in office operations and/or a secretarial/business program.

A minimum of three years’ experience performing general administrative duties in a business environment.

Relevant education and experience may be substituted for an educational requirement.

Must have excellent professional customer service, communication, interpersonal, writing, and computer skills.

A valid driver’s license is required.

Note: Position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA

PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.
