The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing advanced level professional customer service, administrative and technical support to the staff of the Pennsylvania Child Welfare Resource Center (Resource Center), external stakeholders, and outside agencies. The Administrative Coordinator functions as a team member of the Administrative Department of the Resource Center. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for executive level meeting management for both the Resource Center and state level projects. It is the expectation of this position to maintain confidentiality, with experience in advanced level meeting management. Analyzes expenditure data in the development of annual budgets. Additional duties include providing administrative support and assistance to the assigned department manager(s), supervisor(s), and staff.

Note: Position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA (near Harrisburg, PA). Statewide travel is required.

PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and FBI Criminal Record Check will be required as a condition of employment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, problem solving, coordination, meeting management, customer service, and computer skills are required. Must possess the ability to work and prioritize tasks independently. A minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive administrative duties required. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities preferred. Microsoft Office 365 experience required. Ability to maintain confidentiality required. A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
